They cancelled service at noon on the day service was to be provided. I should have been informed at least the day before. It is extremely hard to get a live person to talk to. Their AI dervice is extremely poor.

Terrible. I am filing a complaint with appropriate agencies. I emailed you this morning with a complete description of what occurred. I see no way to attach the text to this report which I would like to do. There was no repair. There seems to be an electrical problem which was in no way addressed. I would like my money back. I do not want this man back in my home.

If zero stars were possible, I’d choose that rating. The technician was unprofessional, unqualified, and discourteous—no real diagnostic testing was done, and parts were ordered without even operating the appliance. Appointments were repeatedly delayed or missed entirely, and when they did arrive, they tracked dirt inside and failed to use protective coverings. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given New York’s winter conditions. I cannot recommend this company and urge them to improve their professionalism and accountability.

Replaced carburetor as was recommended for our snowblower to stop stalling during use. It was costly. Snowblower still stalls and Sears has NO LIVE AGENTS. Can’t talk to a human at Sears Service. Bad customer support.

Appallingly negative experience. We had a broken fridge that I thought would cost less to repair than replace. Sears had a good reputation online, however, after being charged $540 to replace a part in the freezer, It still did not work. I could not get through to customer service beyond an AI bot. I finally did reach a real person who sent out another technician. Apparently the first one misdiagnosed the problem, but we still got charged for the wrong part and the wrong diagnosis. They will not work with you on a refund if they misdiagnose or overcharge you, they will just charge you more for more parts and more visits. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you just want a headache to deal with and an appliance that still doesn’t work. Awful customer service, Seems like pretty much just a scam.

What is the point of coming without necessary parts but still charge 140/- for just showing up. The issue is already stated while booking the repair, but technician came without parts and gave 2 weeks to repair dish washer.
