I had a broken washer and decided to call Sears appliance repair. The technician arrived at my house lifted my washer up told me I needed an $800 part and put the washer back down. then he said "that will be 150" and left. My washer was not fixed and I was left having to do it myself. I ended up doing the research, finding the parts that were missing and replaced it by myself which only cost me $30. this was a waste of my time and my money as I had to take off work to wait for him to come. just for him to do absolutely nothing and me having to fix it myself. waste of time waste of money don't use the service I was so disappointed and upset.

Is been the worst experience ever have my refrigerator broken see the end of March and they never fixed had to buy a new one an also never honer my contract of giving me a new one if was not fixable so feel that I pay for many years for warranty an they just stole my money

Sears repair is a terrible company to deal with. I had a tech come 1 month ago and the part was never ordered! There is no way to talk to a human as the company is AI only! They took my money to order my part and never ordered it! Stay away!! Fraud ! Waiting for a refund!

I had a very bad experience. I cannot remember his name but I don’t appreciate this technician that came out to my house. He is not qualified and he is rude, obnoxious and should not be allowed to speak or to enter anyone’s premises. He does not deserve this job much less to represent Sears Home Repairs. This man does not allow you to speak and he totally ignores you. He listens when he needs the answer to the questions he’s asking. I don’t believe he understands the readings on the computer he is using. He didn’t check the compressor even though I explained such to him. He stood in front of the refrigerator with both door open for less than 10 minutes and said “mam, it’s your mother board and this will cause you over $1000 of dollars to repair it.” Then he proceeded to the payment of the trip. Oh not to mention when he was coming to my house, I informed him that I had a very important call on the line and I switch over to answer his, he said “ok mam,are you saying you are canceling” I said no, I’m home I called out from work so I can have this done, he then proceeded without listening to me, “ mam you are canceling so you will need to reschedule.” I shouted, sir, please come I am home. I said hold let me conclude the call. He continued to say if I switch my call he would have to reschedule me. He then ask as he claims that these questions are very important, mam, are you or anyone in your household has the coronavirus? I said, no. He continued, is anyone sneezing? I said, no! He said, do you have dogs or any pet and I said, no. What’s your cross street? I gave it to him, he says, ok I’m on my way. So, I lost a very important call because of him forcing me to continue the conversation with him other wise he was going to cancel my appointment. This was a terrible experience, one I hope I’ll never have again. He needs to be held accountable for his actions and his behavior. I still don’t think his diagnostic was correct. I feel he needs more training. Very unhappy with him.

Friendly and professional. Kept me up to date as to when he would arrive. Very punctual. Sadly said GE does not make replacement parts for my ac that needs service. Mind you the ac is less than 5 years old. Smh. Hopefully when I call to let them know what he told me , they will be able to further assist with this ac issue. Fingers crossed. Three months have passed since and I have not heard anything about having the ac issue fixed. I've tried calling and emailing the company of the extended warranty and nothing.

This was one of the worst experiences, I have had in my life the Tech Dexter called 3 hours before the time he was supposed to be at the house. He talked so fast and never let me get a word in. Showed up at my mom’s house spent 5 minutes there and told her the refrigerator needed a circuit board and that would be between 600.00 and 800.00. Never received an email or text from this company with a written estimate never received a call no followup. No customer service everything is a virtual service how do you expect to follow up if you can’t talk with someone? I don’t know if this is a scam but you charge someone 145.00 to come out to their home and never hear from the company . I would not use their services again or recommend them to anyone. If you are only going to use a virtual customer service then when I call back, you should have my estimate Since everything‘s associated with my phone number, that’s why I really believe that this is a scam. Thanks for nothing.

This representative arrived on May 19, 2025 but the problem was not fixed. We paid almost $1000 for new details and the cost for labor and we were assured that the ice maker will work. The technician responded several times to our phone calls about this unit not functioning as it was supposed to be but he never returned to make it working. Moreover, when we scheduled a follow up visit through Sears service, the same technician was supposed to show up but he never came during the visit scheduled time. And he did not respond to our text messages and phone calls. This is a sing of a very bad quality of service

I dont think the technician knows what he is doing. He came, and he removed the plug of the fridge. He asked me to plug it back 12 hours later, then wait 48 hours(2 days) before opening the fridge. After all the drama. The fridge is still not working.
