Services communications are horrid. No confirming of service dates. Service team cannot identify solutions to problems in scheduling. No one can do anything to correct a problem. The corporate office and executive team are “ghosts” and invisible and impossible to contact. I’m canceling my contract after a decade with Sears. They have hit bottom.

I called to have my freezer ice maker replaced the last week in May. Two weeks later parts was ordered. I waited a month 1/2 for parts. I reschedule visit for August 2nd from 8am - 12pm in which Dexter called me at 9:20am to confirm visit and if parts was received. Well Dexter never showed up I called him on the same cell phone in which he called me from until 5pm and he answered. I submitted a complaint through A & E service portal and nevered received a reply or call. I reschedule another visit for August 5th from 8am- 12pm tech never showed up in fact I was told that Dexter cancelled my visit due to parts not being received (Dexter is a liar because when we spoke on 8/2 I told him parts were received.) Two days I waited for no one to show up. So again I reschedule visit for 8/12. This is horrible customer service. And these off shore reps Sears is hiring are no better, they don't know what their doing I've spent hours on the phone to be transferred to different departments with no resolution. Sears wants your money but don't provide the quality service you are paying for, I have a master plan in which I pay a lot of cash for yearly. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Hello. My name is Natasha. I am beyond frustrated. I had a scheduled appointment on 06/25 for my Central air conditioner. The tech# 057555 diagnosed that my motor blower had to be replaced. The system kept shutting off. The tech ordered the part while he was in my home 06/10. I was told the part was on back order and I had to wait. This was 2 weeks in record heat temperatures. I paid the fee of $764.76. The tech even called on 06/24 to confirm my appt# 000838010444821. I did not get a tech at my home on 06/25 or a call back. I called the customer service number which is useless because they are saying they will escalate to dispatch and that i would get a call back. I never received a call back from the customer service dispatch or tech. I tried calling the tech and it goes to voicemail. I was able to leave a few messages on his voicemail after 06/25 but no response. The tech confirmed on 06/24 that he had the part so why didn't he come to my home or call if he was delayed or overbooked. I am beyond upset and frustrated as someone who has valued Sears and did my original AC install. I want to escalated this to corporate. Who can help with this matter. Horrible service!!!!!

The technician diagnosed the problem as needing new water filter. But as I tried to order the filter I was told by Sears that they don’t have that model anymore and Amazon didn’t have it either therefore my fridge can not be fixed anymore. So I’m requesting that I get paid for a new refrigerator as it is in my protection plan that if can not be repaired Sears protection will pay for a replacement refrigerator for me. Thank ypu

Dexter arrived 2 hours after the appointment window without ever attempting to call with an explanation. He did not remember he was here 2 days earlier to diagnose my non working refrigerator issues. Even though I explained in detail the two month travesty of the malfunctioning appliance, he insisted on attempting a software reboot that required s the refrigerator and freezer remain closed for 24 hours. ABSURD. After a day, no improvement and I called the Benefits department for a diagnosis so we could begin the replacement benefit orocess. Dexter was assigned, came 2 hours late today, intentionally reported “customer refused repair,” and now we have to have another tech visit. Meanwhile we haven’t had full service of our refrigerator for OVER 2 MONTHS. The master protection coverage had FAILED us, and we have no idea when we will be have a working appliance. TO TOP IT ALL OFF DECTER SIGNED MY NAME TO HIS FALSE DEXTER SIGNED THE VISIT REPORT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

The technician, Luis knows his work but could only do so much. Apparently, when my Kenmore Elite freezer was manufactured, the condenser wire was only partially wrapped with foam insulation, so when there is moisture, the liquid drips onto my floor. But...this is not something that the Sears Tech would fix because it is not a "part" to be fixed or replaced. Even though, this is an integral "part" that will ensure that water doesn't collect and drip from the freezer....this is not considered "a part" in the Sears fix or maintenance handbook. Know that this is not the bits of information you are given when you sign up for a maintenance agreement...so buyer BEWARE. Next up...my Sears Kenmore refrigerator has black gunk particles coming out when I dispense ice. He also could not fix this by removing the dispenser tube...he cleaned it as best he could with wet wipes, but that is all he could do. Taking it apart and ensuring that the entire tube is cleaned out.... not a part of the maintenance work. The refrigerator runs fine, except I have to live with getting bits of black gunk when I dispense ice. If I could give zero stars...I would.

The tech left without checking if the washer was working and it is not working. This is after 2 straight months of rescheduling and automated systems with no one to speak to. Call anyone else.
