Sir Paul, was very patient, knowledgeable. He talked me through everything he was doing. Very nice person. I appreciate him. I haven't had a workable oven in over a year. Thank you Sir Paul. I recommend you to anyone and everyone.

Dexter was the Technician who did the estimate. He was professional. The cost unfortunately for the work requested was to high. The Customer service dpt. left something to be desired. When you finally got to a person they were cordial but only one followed thru. My appt. was for between 8 & 12. The Technician did not arrive until 2:30. The automated system did not reflect this. The system kept saying they would send a text. This didn't happen . I believe they were texting my landline. I presumed this might be the problem. I tried changing the # with AI finally after getting thru to a person it was updated. At approximately 1:30 I recieved a link telling me the Technician would be here by 11:30! Additionally some of the information I was given when I made the appointment (with a live person) was incorrect. At one point the automated system told me they did not utilize live personnel. This is erroneous as the day I made the appointment I spoke to two people. On the day of service someone called stated she was confirming the appointment. However she was more interested why I didn't want to buy a warranty rather than my problem. Due to their poor communication or lack of I would not recommend this service.

The service engineer arrived as requested. He fully informed me of the job to replace the malfunctioning electrode. Once the job was completed he cleaned the area and took the leftover debris. Great experience. Would gladly have him return if another appliance malfunctions. Keep up the good work😊
