The technician Julian M. was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was able to repair our dryer in one repair visit. He is a true asset to the company. I highly recommend him! I truly wish Julian would have been the first technician that SEARS sent to my home. Unfortunately, he wasn’t. Prior to him servicing my dryer, a different technician was sent. That technician came two times without resolving the problem. Long story short, this repair took two months, four repair appointments and several phone calls to the company.
