The Technician was great. Rate the tech FIVE STARS. He put on a new genuine replacement part and it’s working good so far. It’s the customer service department that I would rate ZERO STARS!!! horrible/terrible/incompetent. They Never give you correct information and there is always a language barrier.

the tech dexter was very professional, went above and beyond to inform me of things I needed for future refer. service wasn't rendered due to information I couldn't provide to help the tech get the exact parts for the unit,, which has nothing to do with the tech ability to do the work. I will make sure I document all info for the appliances to be more helpful in the future.

Nazim was very knowledgeable and and quickly diagnosed the problem. Sears service is very good. My one complaint is that your emails and text messages are excessive. For one scheduled visit I probably received 20 email and text messages. 1 or 2 would be enough. Thank you!

My washer was repaired back in April for a leak. They had to take apart the washing machine to fix it and obviously put it back together again. Two loads after this repair, I started getting an uneven load warning. I called for Service and told them that it started soon after, my last service. Turns out I was correct, the previous repair people did not tighten the motor and that’s what was causing the uneven load. Because of their negligence, I had to pay another co-pay and be without a washing machine for several weeks. The technician put in the new parts, tightened the motor and secured the cap on top of the agitator, which also came off after the last repair.
