Technician Dexter was friendly and fine. For an hour and a half and an additional gasket on the freezer door we were offered the choice of paying $430 or to purchase a year’s coverage at over $700. This is near criminally expensive for a minor repair.

Dexter the technician was very pleasant. Unfortunately, we noticed an issued when he left. I called him 3 times and left 2 messages and he didn't reply. By the time i gor downstairs he had drove off.He is the second technician that has been in my home from Sears to fix this issue and the fact it is completely fixed is a bit bothersome.

Mr. Parmanand, the service technician, repaired the oven in less than 10 minutes, excellent. . Nevertheless, I am very disappointed with the Sears service. First, they don't follow the scheduled appointments. My first appointment was scheduled 12/23/24 between 1Pm- 5PM and a technician showed up at 11AM. He instructed my son to order the oven part needed ($55). He said that the part would arrive the next day and did not. Received the part on 12/30/24. My son has scheduled an appointment for 01/03/25 between 8AM-12PM and nobody showed up. They called on Sat. 1/4/25 asking to re-schedule. My son re-scheduled appointment for 01/08/25 between 8AM-12PM. A technician finally came at 2:25PM. For me, this is unacceptable. Moreover, the amount charged for the repair was extremely high, $444.00. Never again...

Didn't put appliance back like they found it. Had to pay someone to come, open the back and put the electrical cord back in the correct place.

Tech had been here two weeks prior to today. He knew the issues, he returned today stating this is a two man job that would take at least up to 2hrs to Change the machine Bearings. He came alone and then calculated the cost for the job, told me I had to pay for it today for him to return in two weeks. WHO PAYS FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE BEFORE IT IS RENDERED? I was disturbed with his coming unprepared and asking for payment for a job before it's done.

He opened the fridge, stuck a stick inside with a light while the light was on. He then told me after a quick poke with his fridge wand that the fan needed to be replaced. 750.00 was the quote. The fridge is three years old and cost around 900.00. I immediately declined and he laughed and said he gave me the lowest labor rate.
