Louie Hung up on me the first time then called me back and said his supervisor said that if I wanted him to come out it would cost me $168. I'm not paying it that's why I hired Sears. I'm disgusted with the way he handled the situation I'm talking about Louie and the way Sears allowed him to get away with what he's getting away with. He lied no matter what he told you

They gave me an appointment date and ordered parts. Parts came but technician didn't come on confirmed date. I tried to call service number, no people to handle phone calls only AI, which gave me a severe headache. I could never recommend this warranty service to anybody. Don't do it.

Sears repair center sucks because they still have not repaired my machine it has been over 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for them to come back for the third time still haven't heard anything

Excellent at calling and texting when repairman would arrive and how much the first visit would cost. The repairman ordered Part, part arrived, repairman came back a few days later and tried as he might could not repair washer.

I scheduled this repair for my mothers house. After waiting weeks for a technician they tell me the problem is not the washing machine there’s a blockage in the drain. A plumber is needed and the machine works fine. Had a plumber clear the blockage and the washing machine still doesn’t work. Now I have to spend more money to get another company to come in and do the job correctly. Sears wants my mother to wait another 3 weeks to send another technician. My 80 year old mother cannot go to the laundromat. I’m very dissatisfied and appalled.
