Louis arrived on time and was very courteous and understanding. He provided helpful information as to why my frig was experiencing the problems I was concerned with. He also gave tips as to what I could do to minimize the problems from reoccurring in the future. Thank you Louis and Sears!!

I will preface by saying, Sears Home Services does not disappoint. Louie D and as previous technicians have been pleasant to deal with and most knowledgeable in servicing my washer.
