The tech was fantastic and he deserves 10 stars! Plus ... he was a real person. So refreshing! Sears seems to think they only need one real human for their service calls, and that is the tech. I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.

My appointment was canceled four times hours after the appointment to replace the gasket. I’m only giving five stars because of the rep who came today 9/8/25 Alberto. Great communication, great guy!! Ask for Alberto if you have a chance.

My wait time for the repair took longer than anticipated..but this was ok. Your technician repaired my washer..but..my hot water valve is stuck...this has never happened before. I await your decision on whether or not my 16 year old washer is eligible for being replaced. Thank you.

Technician came more than 3 times trying to fix my refrigerator. Yesterday was last time, technician said we should let the unit to start cooling in 24hrs. Fridge still not working. Now starting smell bad. Definitely I need the unit to be replaced soon. I can’t prepare meals!
