I just paid for the diagnostic because to get the oven fix would have cost me over 500 dollars. The price was ridiculous.The majority of that price went towards labor cost. I believe this is a way to convince people to get Sear’s Home Service membership. If I decided to sign up for the membership, I would have only been charged a little over 300 dollars for the oven repair, but would have been stuck with Sears charging me over 70 dollars a month for a year for this membership. You cannot cancel the membership anytime because Sears won’t let you. So you end up stuck with a membership that you probably will only use once and that’s when you first signed up for it in order to get that one appliance fixed.

I am very disappointed for the part and the labor it was almost $1,500 to change a compressor and I have changed it with you before no more than a year ago. It will be better to buy a new one. How a compressor that was changed so recently is broken again and you changing so much. Not good
