Service was inconsistent, poor communication. The follow up is very unprofessional. Not pleased with the extra 75.00 service fee on top of the monthly fee. The service really needs improvement.

First and foremost this guy nazim is a dirty and i mean dirty individual ok he serviced my refrigerator today being mon 12-15-25 around 10ish 11ish unfortunately i had some one sit for me as i had an appointment that I could not reschedule as sears continously changied my appointments at the very last and i do mean last min several times. inaddition confirming that parts were delivered when they weren't when i arrived back to my residence i discovered this guy left wet nasty dirty towels that were on the floor on my countertop scrapped my floors left broken tubing all on my floors and left my counter tops and floors soiled with dirt left one of my canister tops. On my countertop and to add insult to injury left the boxes with old dirty parts and leaking tubing on my countertops as well and he is very very rude and dismissive never and I repeat never use this guy his rating is 000000000000 only reason I pick 1 star is because I couldn't post with out choosing but realistically speaking he gets no stars nasty fithy horrible tech he should be dismissed stripped of his tool belt fired would be to good for him🤬😡👿

Louie, the tech was great!! Ten stars out of 5. Sears Home Services is HORRIBLE. EIGHT NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS!! All cancelled after I waited in the apartment all day. Usually they said that the part wasn't available even though it was in the apartment for the last four no show visits. The worst customer service (aside from the tech) that I have ever encountered. DO NOT waste your money for a contract with Sears Home Services unless you enjoy being frustrated and wasting time waiting for nothing.

This experience was unacceptable. He did not do anything walked in the house open the refrigerator and looked at it. Explain to us that we had to defrost it. We explained to him that the monitor is not properly working. He went into his vehicle came back three minutes later and left did not do anything to resolve the issue that I am having with my freezer icemaker, dripping of water and monitor. The rating is a zero so bad that I’m willing to cancel my protection plan due to his experience
