Very rude. Didn’t come in my home at all. Needs to be trained properly as far as customer service goes.

I am so frustrated and disappointed that after waiting for the technician to come to my home to do whatever he needs to do to stop my washing machine from making noise when it’s washing. Please note the message stating that the person was coming out to do whatever they needed to do. I screenshot the messages the last one said I wasn’t home. I would not schedule an appointment if I wasn’t going to be home. I tried to call but all I could get was an A I machine that said I had an appointment etc. and a message would be sent to the technician. I still haven’t gotten a phone call from the technician and why didn’t the technician call me or even ring the doorbell. I’m a senior citizen but I not stupid I don’t know what to do now except schedule another appointment and pray that someone actually cares enough to come out and do whatever needs to be done to my washing machine. I have been dealing with Sears for decades and they use to be reliable but I am not sure what happened but people need to be able to speak to people, not a machine someone who can actually answer questions and understand what it is that the other person needs. I am sending messages first message I was supposed to be the technician next stop second message he was 2 stops away and then he said I wasn’t home. Please we deserve to be treated better and how would the technician say that I wasn’t home when he never called me or ring my doorbell. I decided not to post photos because technical issues. Thanks

Really 1 tech do not eve check back of frid. He said frid was cooling. Yes after i raised temp that why i to get rid of certain foods. sears tech always patching up to save why by protection agreement. Hubby i suffering with freon odors from our refrigerator hubby needs a double lung transplant in hospital i can sleep feeling like i cant wake up. Someone needs to wake coperate up. Help. I spoke to rep they say sears can come out to clean refrigerator. They cant get rid of fumes that contaminated all my food. Left ice cream so u can smell fumes on products in freeze

He came to give me a tip on not to use an extention cord which I have been using for 24 years my air conditioner are 12.5 btu He didn't open my front case or look inside at the compressors. I need to call for a refund for nothing was investigate.

I have been a costumer with Sears since 1995, Had to replace a stove range after several attempts to fix. Order a new range from link they sent me in May, 2024. received remote code on May 10, 2024 between 12:00pm and 5:00pm for delivery. Took day off frin work and called at 4pm to find out status: I find out there is no delivery. The warehouse has not delivered it yet. After all the aggravation and speaking to representative ( who is always apologetic and checking to give you the same story) the warehouse hasn't delivered, No one has control or answerers to what's going on. I have spoken to so many depts. and I'm not able to speak to supervisor. Ask to escalate the issue and they said they did. They will never call you back when they say they will. I have been going on for this since Feb.2024. Sears claims paper work from original from the actual service company that came to house was lost, service company was able to provide back in Feb. I can go on with this issue of my terrible experience. 2 Months passed with the same story. I have no choice now July 9,2024 to cancel my delivery since May and wait 48 to 72 hours to get an email to state it has been canceled, to reorder. When I cancelled order they couldn't provide a cancellation number, have to wait for email. This was so ridiculous, I can write a book about my experience. Bottom line, the customer has no choice but to wait, no compensation, no nothing but sorry, need to order again. I really thought highly with Sears. To me it was number 1 and recommended everyone that I spoke to. This left me with such negative impression, I can believe what I went thru and I have it written down on who I spoke with, how long on wait, and no results after 3 months. Lets see what happens to getting a new email to reorder. Have to wait 48-72 hours to receive cancellation, Before I can try to reorder the replacement. UNBELEIVABLE!!! Will want to get this over with!!!!!
