The Sears technician arrived promptly within the designated time frame. He diagnosed the problem as a damaged compressor, beyond repair. He was professional, efficient and polite. I am on my way to Home Depot to buy a new refrigerator. I wish Sears was still in business selling refrigerators and other quality appliances.
