My experience with Michael the worker was awesome but what you can do better is your phone service and your automated service telling people they’re on their way and have you sitting all day and at the Last minute send a text saying your appointment is canceled. I missed three days of work waiting on a service guy by giving me an appointment and the same day canceling it. That’s not very professional.
