One day made an amazing difference.. our October 7 appointment no one showed up.. Toshiro came when we rescheduled to October 8 He was wonderful and professional He Notified us of his arrival time and was very prompt and polite and friendly. He did a very thorough repair, he is definitely a 5 star technician and person!
