Alexander was very polite and respected that I wanted him to wear a shoe cover before he comes in....quick evaluation of the problem and advise right away of the amount that will be due for the repair, if I decided to complete the work. The only issue was the repair amount was too high in my opinion.

Technician was very professional and fixed the problem. The initial appt was for 10/23 with a window of arrival between 8-12. Technician came within the time frame and called when on his way. A part had to be ordered so the repair was scheduled for the next day at the same time window. My only complaint was that unfortunately technician did not come until 4:45 and there were no updates on when he was coming.

The technician was excellent. Quick, efficient, and polite. However, the Sears scheduling left a lot to be desired. An 8 to 12 window, the repair done at 530 pm.

Technician was a 5. Very frustrating not to be able to speak with a rep My service warranty expired September 10, 2025 yesterday and I maintained the warranty every year. Felt I should have gotten customer satisfaction for this reason....paid 595 for the repair. Very unfair and terrible customer satisfaction. Very disappointed.
