Calling 1-800-496-4663 is the most horrible and pathetic thing!!!! My refrigerator/freezer has had issues since this past April 2025 it is now August 18, 2025 and after six Appointments when they were supposed to come after confirmation at 4:30 I got texts that they were not showing up. We were without a refrigerator freezer for 4 weeks!! And they did nothing to help us. I have two older parents here, 87 And 85 during the hot part of the summer, we’ve had no ice no cold drinks we are under the Sears protection plan and pay every month on it and this was just unacceptable one whole month without service. So tell me, why are we paying on a service plan that doesn’t protect us?? And now after my parents having Sears’s Protection and appliances and always having the top contract, they now tell us that this current contract does not cover food. This freezer has gone down three times already and I’ve had to refill it three times now I’m refilling a refrigerator and a freezer with no help from them However, when the service man finally showed up Alessandro He is magnificent. I cannot say enough about him kind respectful knowledgeable. So grateful to him,!! So the refrigerator went down again August 8, 2026 Bryan did nothing. ALLESSANDRO CAME TODAYHE IS AMAZING!!!! IN MY OPINION THE BEST EMPLOYEE YOU HAVE!!!

Alexander was pleasant and exhibited excellent customer service. He explained the Sears Protect Home Warranty thoroughly and answered all questions. Most importantly, he repaired my washer and explained the reason behind the leak.
