Alex was an outstanding repair technician. After waiting almost 4 months for my dryer to be fixed, he found out the problem and said he would fix it. He was the fourth person who came, but he was the only one who was determined to repair it. Thank you ever so much. I would like him to always service my washer and dryer. Please make a note on my file.
