First visit to diagnose problem, kept us posted on arrival time and arrived on time. Needed to order part which arrived via UPS in a few days. Technician returned and installed part in a few minutes. Everything working properly. Would definitely recommend using this service.

Alexander was excellent. Very professional. The below is no reflection on the technician Alexander. However my experience using Sear Repair service was terrible. I waited two long for a part that I ultimately had to order myself. Also trying to reach a person to talk to was absolutely ridiculous.
