The sears technician Alessandro was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them, he fixed my washer in no time and even gave me pointers with my dryer. Thank you Alessandro.

I have used Sears service over the years since first buying Kenmore appliances. Today we needed help with the washer and dryer and it is not a new set. The technician was wonderful, on time, knowledgeable and willing to explain everything. He got to the bottom of the noise (bearings) and was able to fix the closure latch too. He vacuumed out the inside of all of the parts too which I appreciated. He checked the washer too and since all was good he was finished in about and hour.

Once again Roman was sent here for the same problem that he said Sears company would not work on and that is the zone control valve which is controlling the zone valves to my heating system. He was here back in early October and said that Sears would done allow him to do electrical work and that someone else would be assigned now. He has been re dispatched to the same job and he claims he's still not allowed to work on his own control valve. This is very frustrating and I'm not blaming Sears. The issue is with choice home warranty
