It is my hope after the technician provides the estimate that we can move forward after four visits to my home and constant sending a parts to my home and the constant appointments to my home that we can finally order my new fridge no offense to the technician, he did a fine job has nothing to do with him

Quick, nice enuff…..but hose that was ordered was not long enuff…when he was here the first time..a measurement of length needed should’ve been taken…as a result I have to go out and find an adapter to link two hoses together in order for me to use my machine.

Sears will give you a 4 hours time window for their technician to come, then the technician will show up either 45 minutes before the 4 hour time window, or 45 minutes late for the time window. When they get to your house they will claim that the repair parts should have already been shipped to your house. The kicker is that you won’t have received any repair parts, then you’ll reschedule for another day and they will cancel on that appointment the day of the appointment almost 3 hours into the 4 hour time window, effectively wasting 3 of your hours for no reason. But when they finally come to your house they can repair whatever you need repaired. I give 2 stars for them being able to do the repairs, and that’s being very generous. Also sears whole appliance repair service is overpriced.

$600 to repair a 4 year old dryer? Better off buying a new one. The tech was competent. Showed up on time and explained everything clearly. I only paid the diagnostic fee.
