Tyler does a wonderful job. He is very polite and professional. He tries very hard to satisfy the customer. It is too bad that Sears and their Home Protection Plan is such a joke. We have been without a dryer for over a year now. The protection plan is suppose to provide a correct replacement part or replace with a new dryer. The part that was sent to us for Tyler was the wrong part plus it was not a new part but a refurbished part that was broken. Still no luck. We could have paid for a new dryer with the money we have spent on the plan.
