Brady left the job without the filter functioning. It it has a very thin flow. He said I should put the button until the reservoir fills up to fully function because he had to leave for another job. I have been holding the button for 3o minutes ( enough to only fill 4 16 oz glasses of water) and it is still not working. He needs to return to complete the job. I don’t appreciate that my job was less important to complete that his next job.

Rodney was the assigned repair technician for my refrigerator to replace the main food compartment evaporator fan. Rodney called me well before arriving in order to let me know when his arrival would occur and to answer questions about the job estmate. Rodney replaced the fan in short order and was very careful with all the plastic parts, shelving, and bins that had to be removed to reach the fan. He worked neatly and skillfully. Rodney made sure every part was reinstalled carefully and made sure everything was clean and fitted properly. He was very customer oriented, polite, and friendly. I am very and completely satisfied with his service!
