Tech was very apologetic for not be able to fix my washer. Choice Home Warranty on the other hand, I'm not a happy camper with. My claim date was 5/10/24 and as of 7/18/24 has not been resolved. I have a disability and need my washer replaced.

The technician that came for the repair was nice enough. However, I found out that the technicians DO NOT CARRY SPARE PARTS ON THEIR VEHICLES! So the visit was a complete waste of my time and money. If I had agreed to have the tech repair my refrigerator, I would have had to take a second day off of work. Essentially I paid $138 for the tech to give me the part number for the condenser fan which I have ordered and will replace myself. My recommendation is NEVER use this service. I gave this a one star only because otherwise I couldn't have posted. I wanted to give zero stars. This appliance repair service is a rip-off.
