Ultimately my issue was too expensive for a repair, but the diagnostic service was still helpful, just to find out the problem. Joseph was knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all of my questions. I would use Sears Appliance Repair in the future.

There were 2 tech’s. The one was teaching the other. I felt like I learned a lot about my dishwasher just from overhearing him talk. Exceptional visit. Would give more stars if I could!

Rod was a life saver I had an issue with my refrigerator since the beginning of January. he was the first technician to come over and seem like he actually cared about getting it fixed. he got the part that I needed within a day and then the next day he was back out with my refrigerator ready to go. I appreciate him so much
