The Sears repairman, Patrick, with 40+ years of experience, figured out the problem immediately. It wasn’t something I could have figured out from the users manual or on-line or phone troubleshooting. He said this issue was the first time he’d encountered it in his 40+ years of experience. William completed our annual maintenance agreement check on 5 appliances. He showed up. We were surprised because we had numerous issues with Sears in the past, but not this time. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He did a really good job on each appliance. Thanks William.
