Tech didn't appear interested in the problems with my washer but more about the weight of my washer and that he's retiring soon. I'm not pleased with the wasted service time.

Guy came out told me it was a latch ordered The latch repaired and it still has the code so if I was to pay them to do it it would of been the same thing 140 down the drain

My technician could not complete the job without being on a speakerphone call the entire time to have someone walk him through how to diagnose the problem. He clearly did not know what he was doing and he was highly unprofessional. Do NOT use this repair service. If I could give zero stats I would.

The automated system keeps canceling my service requests and there are NO LIVING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS to talk with to fix the issue. Have a question off script? Too bad. I finally come across an email for help that seems to lead to a person and they fully ignore my request for help and proceeds to cancel the service request AGAIN. It would have been faster and less of a headache to go elsewhere.

Absolutely do not use Sears home service for an appliance repair. They have zero communication or accountability. I was scheduled for a repair between 8am-5pm… I got an email at 530pm saying they rescheduled to the following week. My refrigerator is down and I cannot use it at all until it is repaired. I have tried calling to speak to a customer service rep and they only connect you to their automated system to confirm or cancel the appointment. I highly encourage you to use another repair service.

He didn’t do anything. It takes the dryer 20 min before it makes a noise and he didn’t wait. I paid $140 for nothing.
