My tech, Charles, was phenomenal. He called me prior to arriving to provide an approximate arrival time. He was professional, personable, courteous, answered all my questions and concerns regarding my dryer, and, in general, made me feel very comfortable! I was beyond pleased with my overall experience!!!

The repairman Charles was fantastic and the 5 stars are strictly for him. Rating the experience dealing with everything else would be negative (-10). After daily text and emails asking me to confirm upcoming appointments they wait until 11 am day of to cancel for unforeseen reasons and have you reschedule for 1-2 weeks out. They sent the part and I have had it since 2/28. They just did repair on 3/19 after 2 or 3 reschedules (I lost count). Then tonight I get an automated call reminding me of my appointment for tomorrow. What appointment? I have multiple service agreements with Sears and have been loyal customer since early 1980s. Seriously considering canceling all service agreements and telling them to take a flying leap. They are happy to take my money each month but do not want to fulfill their part of the agreement and service it. Multiple trips weekly to laundromat add up and costs me more over last month than the service agreement. Will that matter to Sears or will they consider that? Of course not. Why bother to ask. Probably wind up having their customer service team call me to setup a time to discuss then reschedule several times. Worst example of service I have experienced in over a decade. I don’t want or need excuses, just professionalism. And by the way, navigating your phone prompts is ridiculous to get someone and your AI text stinks as it is not helpful at all. You can feel free to contact me. I have contacted you over 10 times already on this and I am livid
