My technician was very knowledgeable and seem to be dead on with all the problems I was having. Unfortunately, it’s working better, but the dishes are still not getting clean. I swear it’s Whirlpool !!! I give my technician five stars because he was great and Knowledgeable. Unfortunately, this is the second technician that’s been out, So may just be Whirlpool!
