Mike cam out quickly and fixed the problem very quick however the price was was little high considering I found the part on Home Depot for $60 . Next time I will call around

The workmen who showed at my house were great. No complaints at all. Your automated service, AI,was horrible. Absolutely terrible. There should be a way to reach a human when the robot voices aren’t programmed to do so.It would literally take half a day to speak with a human which is why I will never use a Sears service again. Too bad because I am about to by a washer and dryer and have always loved your Kenmore brand. But I will never go through this again. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PARAMOUNT!!!!Sears should know this.

5 star review for the technician, Brett, who came to perform the diagnostic on my dryer. He was on time, professional and took the time to explain how the issue arose and to discuss the cost options for repair. I ultimately decided it was cheaper to get a new dryer as the price of the parts was absolutely outrageous...marked up offensively compared to parts that could be obtained on my own. This is why I gave a 4 star overall...it had nothing to do with Brett.

The technician that came out, Kevin, was very thorough and professional. He explained things very clearly and was helpful. He is a 5 star employee. My issue with the process is that due to AI scheduling, there was important information that was not communicated. I had to unplug my fridge due to an electrical odor, and it was completely aired out by the time I had my appointment. Since the fridge was off some of the diagnostics were not able to be completed. If I had known to plug the appliance in 24 hours in advance I could have avoided the second service call that I will now have. I haven’t been able to talk to a person about the fees and how to avoid a double charge.
