Charged me $140 when they originally said it was a $90 job and technician said there isnt anything they can do and that id have to pay the incorrect amount. Then they quoted me $500+ for a $5 part. This is a scam. Whatever you do, do not call this company you are better off just buying a new appliance than deal with them.

Took to long from 1st call, a week until a technician came out another week went by before install and now it still doesnt work. Way to much money. You could buy a new washer from what I paid and it's still not working. Technician was friendly.

One of the worst service experiences ever. The technician was nice. However, he was here for 20 to 30 minutes and I was charged nearly $400 for 20 minutes of work. He also didn't charge me for the part. He told me that that's just the flat rate. Again, no charge for parts and 30 minutes of labor.. And He told me after the part was replaced that the charge was $397.00. So you guys charge me $250.00 for thirty minutes of work with no parts.. Absolutely disgusting how a large corporation could rip-off the little guy I will never, ever work with your company. Or by any products from Sears again. I rarely write reviews unless It's exceptional service or in this case a disaster. I am literally going to go out of my way To make sure I share this experience with everyone I know and make sure they never Purchase your products or use your service.

Absolutely brutal. They double charged me for work and I have been trying for two months to get repaid the over-charge. Still nothing. Customer service are all foreigners that are very difficult to understand. Stay away. Update: Still no refund. They have updated their customer service phone line to dump a useless AI bot on you. Good luck with that. Took me 1/2 hour to finally get to a "human" who, through a thick accent, told me "uh, I dont know why you havent gotten your money back." Check back in a few days. Status: Brutality continues.

They sent a tech out. He didn’t introduce himself. Didn’t respond when I asked him how his day was going. And then didn’t even step foot in my house, took one look at the dryer and said I don’t have time for this and turned around and LEFT. Got in his car and drove away. Called customer service and they are reporting him along with sending another tech out ASAP but this guy should not have a job he is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life.

The repair was rescheduled 3 times because they cancelled appointments each time. A simple dishwasher repair that should and could have been done in 2 days was delayed a month because technician was cancelled 3 times. Definitely customer service isn't a priority for sears anymore

STAY AWAY- A complete SCAM. I would give 0 stars if I could. unfortunately the Model number has worn off my machine after years of use, and I'm not sure where my late husband wrote it down. Technician came and looked at my machine and told me there was nothing he could do without the model number. No one told me ahead of time that it was required, despite talking to them a number of times on the phone. He charged me $140 just for walking in the house. He spent 10 minutes here then took off, solving none of my problems. I had a different servicer come, he fixed my problem in 4 minutes and didn't ask for the model number. I will never use Sears again and I strongly urge everyone to stay away. I feel so taken advantage of and robbed.

Extremely poor service from Sear Appliance! They claim to have technicians, but it's a scam to deceive customers. Despite scheduling consecutive appointments over two days, no one shows up to repair your appliance. Be cautious and avoid dealing with Sear Appliance altogether - it's a virtual scam."
