Mike was friendly and professional. The service was for a rental I have so he constantly kept in contact with me to go over when he was on his way, when he arrived and after the inspection. Would definitely recommend!

Joanna and Francisco were great and professional . They fixed our microwave with the magnetron. Joanna answered all my questions including about the 30 day warranty for the parts. They came within the appointment time range. They cleaned up after working. I would just say I wished the packaging for the magnetron was better. It came in dentented because there was no bubble wrap or paper. It came just in a box. However it's still worked when it was installed. I appreciate Joanna and Francisco for their friendly and excellent job. Happy Holiday !

Joanna and Francisco were great. She asked questions and made a minor adjustment that appeared to eliminate the issue. She also showed me a more efficient way of installing my water filter to insure a great seal. I will make sure that I use her again if I have any problems with me refrigeration products.
