Our dryer was making a tremendously loud noise. So I called to make an appointment for a technician to come out and take a look at it. When Michael arrived, he was very kind, professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. All of which set my mind at ease. He was able to locate the problem and fix it on the spot and he did all of that while walking me through what he found, what it meant and how it might be avoided in the future. I am grateful for the Sears repair team and especially Michael.
