Our Sears Appliance Repair technician, Mike Bailey, replaced the door on our LG refrigerator on 11/10/2023 and was courteous and professional in all respects. We were initially advised our service would be sometime between 8am and 5pm but he called first thing and said he would arrive between 10 and 12 which was much appreciated.
