Jquan is very knowledgeable and gets the job done. Very happy with his work and he is always on time. We're really not sure if the ice-maker will work again, It is very quiet.

Joseph, the service tech, was polite and friendly as well as professional. He went right to work, replacing the ordered parts for my washer, which took him a short time. He tested the washer afterward. He was in and out in less than an hour. I purchased the washer and dryer at Lowe's a couple of years ago, including an extended protection plan. Submitting a claim through Lowe's website was pretty easy and painless. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. Thank you.

Joseph was very professional thank you. While waiting over 3 weeks for repair man to show the stove worked when he tried it. What a surprise to us since we tried it several times to see if it would work. We were very surprised.
