Ray was friendly, knowledgeable, engaged and was focused on the repairs. His attitude during his entire time at our home was on point. Updated us periodically and was a good communicator. His pleasant demeanor was outstanding. My wife and I were impressed with his persona and his commitment to excellence. Nicely done Ray!!!!!

Ray was pleasant, knowledgeable and completely engaged in repairing our GEMONOGRAM 5 in 1 Microwave. He was focused on the task at hand. Yet periodically he would update us on his progress. Completely professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. Nicely done Ray!!!!!
