Jim was great! He fully explained everything that needed to be done to help the longevity of my 6 appliances. I am moving to the Home Insurance from the Maintenance Agreement that I was previously paying for. I'm hopeful they will send out someone as knowledgeable as Jim to assist, in the event I need a repair.
