BOTH James (who CAME ON December 9th to assess the problem, & order a New Thermostat for US), & Jim (who came on December 11th & INSTALLED the Thermostat), were VERY NICE & Knowledgeable. They explained everything, SO that I was able to understand it, & they were fast & efficient, especially Jim w/the install. Thanks! Will definitely USE your Company again for ANY repairs we may have. Our Clothes Dryer is about 26 years old & we've NEVER HAD a single issue with it! It is also a Sears Kenmore Appliance, as was our 8-year-old Freezer that just needed the Thermostat replaced. WE APPRECIATE YOU all!
