This company has some of the most trusted and highly respected employees. I’ll only use this company for my household appliances. I have them come out to fix my washer and dryer they could of sold me parts I didn’t need they fixed my dryer as it had a broken pulley on the motor they could of just sold the motor but they had another motor inside the work van that they pulled parts off of and just charged me labor. Would recommend them to anybody that needs appliances fixed not replaced.

My techs were awesome. Done in 3 hours once the parts got here. The wait from talking on the phone when the problem arose to final repair was over a month. But warranty so you have to take what you get. Glad it was warranty. Other issue was the inability to speak to a human.
