Avery my Sears technician was amazing. I would rate him 1000% from A-to-Z. Customer service was superb, he took a quick diagnostics test changed the actuator boom finished, I give five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Avery and Sears and will recommend them to everyone. This company has some of the most trusted and highly respected employees. I’ll only use this company for my household appliances. I have them come out to fix my washer and dryer they could of sold me parts I didn’t need they fixed my dryer as it had a broken pulley on the motor they could of just sold the motor but they had another motor inside the work van that they pulled parts off of and just charged me labor. Would recommend them to anybody that needs appliances fixed not replaced.
