The technician was fine. Your scheduling system is the worst I have ever used. "Samantha's ended up setting me up with the wrong time on the wrong date. Also I don't understand how "she" decided that my first name is*Bone Bro" when it is actually "Barbara".

Even though Sears says they do refrigerator repair they don’t work on larger built in units. This is an unfortunate change since they’ve worked on my units before

I had to pay $75.00 for the technician to tell me he cant do anything to fix the refrigerator I need to buy a new one even though it still works well.

After explaining my unit was on the roof you still sent someone with a bad knee and can't get on the roof. Not acceptable.
