I’m very disappointed in the service and customer service I received from a technician Alex by way of my home warranty. Out of everything that should have been explained to me the only thing made clear multiple times was the possibilities of whatever weren’t covered through warranty will be paid by me, however my warranty company had no notes regarding unwarranted repairs. Ultimately, we went with a new vendor to ensure transparency!

The technician was nice enough but very dissatisfied to a 5 day wait for them to come out (meanwhile it's 89 degrees in my home) only to tell me that can't service my air conditioning unit because they don't have ladders and will only service one story homes. Extremely dissatisfied.

I needed to repair my General Electric dryer, so I called Sears for service. They came out to do a diagnostic, and the first thing they found was that the control board was burnt. However, they never explained why the control board was burnt or what could have caused it. Instead, the technician suggested that I buy a new dryer because the control board was too expensive to replace. I asked for the part number, and I found a replacement control board for $87 used. When I informed the technician, he said he couldn’t use used parts, without giving me that option beforehand. He didn’t offer any solution and didn’t continue troubleshooting the dryer to find out why the control board had burnt out. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of explanation and the limited options I was given. I would not use this company again. It was $139 thrown away, a complete waste of money.

Your tech all he was interested in was telling me it was going to be cheaper if I bought a new washer. He never diagnosed the problem. I just paid him $139.00. I will never use your service again.

This technician never showed up at my house and I received a receipt saying that the job was complete. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been without a microwave for 2 1/2 months and I have a warranty. It should not take this long very disappointed I’ve been with this company For 21 years, I will not buy into it again
