Ricki was just doing his job. In my warranty repair, Sears refused to fix my stovetop unless I signed a waiver if they broke the glass in attempting to fix burners. That is so wrong on so many levels. Sears you should be ashamed of yourselves! I worked for Sears for 6 plus years and this would have never been considered then! Their motto has changed from “courtesy is caring” to CYA. Really sad- it’s no wonder Sears had to liquidate.

I was shocked to learn that Sears was charging me $190 to come out and merely look at my leaking water heater. This was required in order to process my warranty for replacement. It included no labor or service of any kind. The last time I only had to send pictures to them. This service call should have been free. I am filing a complaint with the state of Nevada.
