my technician, James was Great....Sears used to be known for great service...you've changed!!! you make it impossible to reach anyone who can really answer a question....other companies use off shore people....your service dept ...Stinks ...I will Never buy or use a Sears product or renew my service contract...Again!!! the Boss who thinks he's so innovative has NO CLUE...your market share will keep going down !!!!

Jim came in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He completed the work on my refrigerator in a satisfactorily time frame. He took photos and explained the issues and how to best care for my unit in the future.... by keeping the coils clean so the compressor works at its best. I couldn't have gotten a more considerate and capable technician. Thank you Sears for sending the best to do excellent work!
