Very pleased the way service was handled. Our A/C went out and Sears Repair service handled it quickly and efficiently coming out the next morning. Alex, the technician was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly and installed the necessary parts to get our A/C going. He worked in 101 degree heat without a word of complaint that it was too hot. He stayed and ran the system after getting in the new parts to make sure everything was running smoothly. Alex was very nice to work with and we felt confident that he fixed our problem correctly.

Rikki came back 3 times. Had all the parts he needed to fix the washer. I would have liked to talk to a person instead of your AI at some point during the repair.
