Alex was very knowledgeable and honest. When I described the problem I was having with my air conditioner, he told me that there could be one or more part causing the problem (warm air from the vents). He showed me that the capacitor's wire coverings were burnt and told me that this MIGHT be the cause but couldn't guarantee that it would fix the problem. I truly appreciate people who show you what is wrong and tell you that there may be several parts you may need to replace before the problem is fixed. Alex is what every person in their position should practice - honesty and professionalism.

James was pleasant and found my problem with the washing machine very quickly. It turns out that one of my socks and my dogs name tag were stuck in the drain pipe causing my error message. Once he cleaned them out problem solved.
