Ray did a great job repairing my trash compactor. Can't complain at all about him. He was knowledgeable and fast in recognizing the part that was needed, and placed the part order while still at my home. The part was sent directly to me and was received in a few days. Ray returned today to install it. I'm thrilled my trash compactor is back in working order; however, in my opinion, the total cost for the part and labor was ridiculously high. But, it "is what it is," and I'm happy the compactor works again.

Technician understood our concern that the AC unit was old and may fail during the coming hot season and our desire to do any necessary repairs or replacement. He advised current status and will provide a proposal for possible replacement of unit fails

He was very professional, knowledgeable and quickly figured out the problem, explained it to me, resolved it AND he came back in and showed me how to put the filter in correctly! Keep him!!!!
