Christian was very polite, and straightforward about what was going on with my gas range. Unfortunately the range is so old parts were not available. But I do have one, perhaps two of the burners now available to me. Ultimately I need a new range.

Christian, is a very professional, knowledgeable and attention to detail oriented individual. Without him, I doubt my clothes washer would’ve been repaired. Me and my family are very grateful for his service. He takes his time to explain the problems and actually apologized for the delay, which is not even his fault. As far as Cinch, this will be my last interaction with this company. They utilize the Sears Home Services domain, but I confirmed with Sears, that they “are not” Sears. They are Cinch. It has taken 3 months to repair my clothes washer. Think about that. Is that quality service? Absolutely not!
