Christian was a fantastic tech. He took his time, was extremely thorough, and made sure to get me on his schedule the next day to finish up after talking to the manufacturer. So far he is the only one that pushed for answers to get my oven fixed and calibrated properly.

Great guy. Honest and sincere. I don’t have much respect for big firms and the bigwigs whose objective is just to make money and grow bigger. I do care about the hard working field technicians who work hard in this terrible heat to keep customer’s homes cool. These hardworking people like Alex who came to fix my AC deserve all the respect and credit. Five stars to this hardworking man.
